Children under the age of 16 may attend the concert provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or failing that, by a responsible adult. In addition, they must present an authorisation signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Young people aged 16 and 17 may enter the event unaccompanied. At the entrance to the venue, documentation proving the age of the attendees may be requested.

The concert will take place at the Recinto de La Ería, which is located in the car park of the Carlos Tartiere Stadium, Real Oviedo’s football stadium.

No, tickets are general admission and are not allocated seating. Seating at the concert will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so those who arrive first will be closer to the stage.

In case the concert is postponed, all purchased tickets will be valid for the new scheduled date. You can keep your original ticket and use it to access the event on the postponed date without any additional changes.

If for any reason the concert is cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded the full amount of the ticket. Our aim is to ensure that our spectators receive a transparent and fair service in all circumstances related to all events.
