The organisers of the Marató Barcelona offer the possibility of guaranteeing a refund of the registration fee in the event that the participant is unable to attend the race, provided that the Money-Back Guarantee is contracted at the time of registration. This service has a cost of 16 € and can be requested through the form provided for this purpose.

• If you have taken out the Money-Back Guarantee, you will be able to request cancellation of the race and obtain a refund up to 16 February 2025 (inclusive).
• No refunds will be processed for requests made after 16 February 2025 at 23:59 hours (Spanish time) or later.
• This service must be booked at the time of registration for the race.
• No cancellations of the Money-Back Guarantee will be accepted once the registration process has been completed.

To execute the cancellation process, the participant must send an email to info@ticketworldonline.com before the established date, communicating his/her cancellation.

Race bibs will be available for collection at Expo Sports on the Friday and Saturday prior to the event, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
