Can minors enter the site without the company of an adult?

Children under the age of 16 may attend the concert provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or failing that, by a responsible adult. In addition, they must present an authorisation signed by their parent or legal guardian, accompanied by a photocopy of their identity document (DNI).

Young people aged 16 and 17 may enter the event unaccompanied. At the entrance to the venue, documentation proving the age of the attendees may be requested.

Where does the concert take place?

The concert will take place in the Plaza de Toros in Úbeda.

Do the tickets have a location at the concert?

No, tickets do not have an assigned location inside the venue, but there are different types of tickets with access to different areas of the event.

  • General Admission: Gives access to the central area of the venue, where you will be able to enjoy the concert standing up and with good visibility.

  • Grandstand Ticket: This gives access to elevated seating areas, from where you can watch the show more comfortably.

  • Front Stage Ticket: This gives you access to the area closest to the stage, ideal for those who want to experience the concert from the front row.

The location within each area will depend on the order of arrival. People who enter the venue earlier will have a better chance of being in the best positions in the area corresponding to their ticket.

What happens if the concert is postponed or cancelled?

In case the concert is postponed, all purchased tickets will be valid for the new scheduled date. You can keep your original ticket and use it to access the event on the postponed date without any additional changes.

If for any reason the concert is cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded the full amount of the ticket. Our aim is to ensure that our spectators receive a transparent and fair service in all circumstances related to all events.

How will I receive my tickets after purchase?
