Can minors enter the site without the company of an adult?

Children under the age of 16 may attend the concert provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or failing that, by a responsible adult. In addition, they must present an authorisation signed by their father, mother or legal guardian, accompanied by a photocopy of their identity document (DNI).

Young people aged 16 and 17 may enter the event unaccompanied. At the entrance to the venue, documentation proving the age of the attendees may be requested.

Where does the concert take place?

The concert will take place at the Recinto Ferial de Úbeda.

Do the tickets have a location at the concert?

No, tickets do not have an assigned location on the stage, but there are different types of tickets with access to different areas of the event.

  • General Tickets: These tickets allow access to the general area of the event.
  • Grandstand: These tickets allow access to a seated area.
  • Front Stage: These tickets give you access to an area closer to the stage.
  • Early Access Tickets: These tickets give you priority access to the corresponding area, allowing you to enter before other attendees.

Location within the event will be determined by the type of ticket you purchase and the order of arrival. Those who arrive first will have the possibility to be located closer to the stage, depending on the zone of their ticket.

What happens if the concert is postponed or cancelled?

In case the concert is postponed, all purchased tickets will be valid for the new scheduled date. You can keep your original ticket and use it to access the event on the postponed date without having to make any additional changes.

If for any reason the concert is cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded the full amount of the ticket. Our aim is to ensure that our spectators receive a transparent and fair service in all circumstances related to all events.
