Children under the age of 16 may attend the concert provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or failing that, by a responsible adult. In addition, they must present an authorisation signed by their parent or legal guardian, together with a photocopy of their identity document (DNI).

Young people aged 16 and 17 may enter the event unaccompanied. At the entrance to the venue, documentation proving the age of the attendees may be requested.

The concert will take place at the Recinto Ferial de Úbeda.

No, tickets do not have an assigned seat inside the concert, but there is a differentiation between ticket types. Front Stage tickets give access to an area closer to the stage, while General Admission tickets give access to a larger, more distant area. In addition, at some venues, a Grandstand option is also available, which offers seating in an elevated area with better visibility of the stage.

In case the concert is postponed, all purchased tickets will be valid for the new scheduled date. You can keep your original ticket and use it to access the event on the postponed date without any additional changes.

If for any reason the concert is cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded the full amount of the ticket. Our aim is to ensure that our spectators receive a transparent and fair service in all circumstances related to all events.
